About Kyler & SKM Reources LTd
With more than twenty years' experience working in the logging, forestry, and regenerative agriculture spaces, having worked
with logging contractors, private industry and government, Kyler Miler, RFT (Registered Forest Technologist),
supported by his wife Sylvia branched out (pun intended) to start this forestry consulting firm.
The early days of SKM Resources (2014-2020) were focused primarily on silviculture surveying and forest stand modeling with Kyler, a
Provincially-Accredited Silviculture Surveyor, completing surveys and fire hazard abatements for
woodlot holders, forest licensees and landowners.
2021 saw the company pivot in to acreage & range fence construction, with 2022 bringing about this company's incorporation,
allowing for expansion of services to fire mitigation and small scale excavation and brush management.
Big plans for 2023 and beyond! We're looking forward to hiring, and growing our team,
in order to continue to offer exceptional forest and regenerative agriculture services
in Clearwater, BC, the North Thompson Valley, and beyond!
